Atul Wadhwa, a resident of Houston for over 25 years, created Modern Houston Homes to serve a niche that was lacking attention in the Houston real estate scene: modern/contemporary homes. Historically, modern homes have not been as abundant in Houston as in other major cities such as Chicago, New York or San Francisco, but this is quickly changing. Modern Houston Homes is here to connect buyers & sellers, tenants & landlords of modern residences throughout Greater Houston -- and to provide unmatched guidance every step of the way.

Aside from helping individuals achieve their modern real estate goals, Atul aims to increase awareness of modern architecture and real estate in Houston. Most people do not realize the breadth of the modern residential landscape in Houston, and he hopes to change that by bringing it to the forefront of this beautiful, dynamic city.

Prior to entering the field of residential real estate, Atul's experience includes working as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and as a part of the real estate investment team at Lionstone Group - a leading Houston based private equity firm. He graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Finance and Business Honors with a minor in Spanish.
